This month was COLD! Windy, icy, snowy, rainy and cold. We had a lot of inside days at the children's museum, singing class and the library. I am so thankful that we have so many things close by that we can go to, to still get out of the house. We got a membership to a play space around the block that has been fun for Charley to go play with other kids and she LOVES the Children's museum that we hit up about twice a week.
This girl has been loving helping me with dinner prep. It's been fun to watch her explore and create new things. It's very messy, but I don't mind a mess if she is occupied and having fun. I usually prop her up on a chair and give her random things to add to her bowl like seasonings and condiments. I also have the water running so she can get her measuring cup full and dump in water every so often. I am amazed at how obedient she is when she is on her chair and won't touch the stove when I tell her it is hot and not to grab the knives!
This girl graduated to a front facing carseat and loves it! It is a lot nicer to be able to hand her stuff from upfront and let her see so much out the window.
Cucumbers for daysss
28 weeks and baby is still cooking away!
I love going into Charley's room and finding her like this! It is so sweet. She loves reading books and her favorite thing lately is to get a huge pile of books on the chair with her and sit and read!
I love seeing pictures of Charley. She is so cute. And what a good mama you are. She will become quite the chef with all the cooking she is helping you do. Glad you don't worry about the messes, they can clean up and the lessons are valuable to her. Hugs
