Before we left for Mexico, I went down to South Carolina with Charley to drop her off at my sister's house. We got to spend a few days with my sister's family before I had to leave. We actually got there on my nieces birthday, so we got to have a fun Minnie Mouse party with her that night!
Charley was exhausted from traveling all day, but she had fun with all the balloons:)
Happy 3rd birthday Nora!
I love this picture of Charley and Damian while we were trying to face-time with Spencer... they are cute kids:)
We went to a Plantation one day which was really cool! They had a petting zoo where the kids could pet deer, goats, pigs and see some peacocks. Charley and Nora fed the deer and Charley walked into a pond while I turned my back and got all wet... it was awesome. Actually it was okay because Rachelle had extra socks and I had extra shoes so she wasn't too miserable and wet.
This plantation was cool because you could go check out the cabins where the slaves lived and I took a tour of the Plantation house. It was really pretty inside and cool to learn the history.
There was a really neat bridge near the house that we went over to see too.
Feeding more animals.
Rachelle was so sweet and gave me an at-home-pedicure! The night before I left for Mexico she washed, rubbed, painted and lotioned my feet! Such a sweet sister!
While we were gone in Mexico, Rachelle would send me picture updates each day on how Charley was doing. We LOVED seeing these pictures of her and knew she was having a good time! Her and Nora played so good together and she said Charley was a champ and super sweet! PS my sister made that tee-pee! She is amazing!
Thank you Dunn family for watching Charley! I know she had a blast and loved seeing her cousins so much!
fun pictures. Love reading your blog.
