March pt.2

We visited Lenny and Bergen at school and had lunch with them. I volunteered to help with recycling and so Tate tagged along and ate lunch with them too! I had a fun date night with Charley and we went to the store and got some ice cream to share in the car. Spencer and I snuck away to New Jersey to watch BYU in March Madness! They made it to Sweet 16 so we went to watch but unfortunately they lost! We took Bergen out on a date to get ramen since she memorized her times tables up to 12! Spencer also went to the store and bought 1,000 bananas for us to peel, cut and dry! It was a lot of work but so so yummy!!

We hosted a New Beginnings for our cute girls that were coming into Young Women's which included Charley. She loves being in Young Womens and it is so fun! I also coached Y-ball for Bergen's grade and it was so fun to be a coach and watch her play. She had such a cute team and we didn't win too many games but we had a lot of fun. St. Patrick's Day is always a hit and the leprechaun came to visit this year. He left a note and a trail of green footprints and green water in the toilet. The girls had lucky charms for breakfast and a rainbow plate full of colorful berries. It was a fun day! 

 

Stowe, VT skiing

Gramma B and Dani came to visit and got to Vermont with us! They came last year and it was so much fun! Gramma helps with taking care of Tate while we are out skiing and it usually happens that another kid wants to stay home too. It was a cute little cabin that we stayed in and it was a lot of fun going skiing every day and getting out. The first day was so cold (like negative 2) that we only skied for about 2 runs and then head home! It was just too cold, but the rest of the week we were able to ski the whole day and rotate with who was with Jonny, Lenny and the big girls. Jonny picked up skiing so well! She did awesome on the bunny hill and then we took her on the small lift to try going down the bigger hill. She is definitely fearless and goes straight down! We also stopped at Ben & Jerrys ice cream factory for some yummy ice cream! I found my new flavor.. Lights, Caramel Action! and we went to Jospeh Smith's birthplace.
