Lots of inside days this month. We are still in quarantine and not going anywhere these days. The museums, library and playgrounds are closed so the only place we can escape is our roof or Prospect Park. Charley left the other day with my for the first time in 5 weeks to go get some take-out and shew as sooooo happy! We wore some masks that DeAnn sent us and it was really fun to get out with her. These poor girls have not seen much of the sun or outside fresh air this last month. Hopefully the weather will get better and we can get up on our roof more. We have been staying inside and making lots of crafts. We did some yarn eggs that were a lot of fun. Just sugar water and a balloon. We also did some salt painting, watercolor, play dough. I made my first attempt at a baguette bread which turned out really good and the girls really like it! I also found a really good white sandwich bread that is good!
The beautiful cherry blossoms are out and even though we can't go to the botanical gardens this year, Bergen and I went to the park and admired the trees. She came on a run with me so I ran and she biked around the park. We stopped and fed the ducks and looked at the beautiful cherry blossoms. It was a fun morning! Lenny has also been going on bike rides with Spencer. He will take her around noon on a ride around the park and they will stop and feed the ducks too. She will usually fall asleep on the way home which is nice for her to still nap since she won't at home anymore. She stopped napping right when Jonny as born. But she goes to bed a lot earlier now which is really nice.
