Charley got a cookbook with a number of easy recipes in it. She's constantly trying new things and of course all the girls want to jump in and help and try out the results.
Sarah came to visit while she was on a layover from Israel. It was a short trip but it was fun to see her for a few hours and have her spend the night.
We love that we can go into the city on a whim and spend the day at Central Park! Mads took the girls to hang out in the park for the day and they loved racing down the slides. The girls have so much fun every time we go in the city and Mads sheds tears of joy. It's not a complete trip to the city with out stopping for some yummy food (usually pho').
The girls love going to Waveny and putting on their boots and brining their butterfly nets and buckets to catch frogs. We always catch at least a dozen or so and the kids love to bring visitors to join in. This month we had Clint and Katie and their kids join us which made the trip to the pond extra fun.
Visitors in town means extra time exploring the city! We took the whole crew (Clint and Katie and their kids) and our crew into the city to see the Natural History Museum, legoland, and walk the sights. We had a great day and even made it back in a few days later to catch Wicked!
There is never a dull moment with our girls development. It's so fun to see them expand their horizons and learn new things at school and watch them explore the world and play pretend when they are home.
Spencer went down to South Carolina to hunt with his friend Brian Murphy.. They didn't come back with any hogs but they had a great time still.
