We had a fun Spring Break just exploring around here. We did the Aquarium, Stamford Nature Center and a few backyard fire dinners. We got a solo stove and have been enjoying roasting marshmellows for s'mores and hanging out in the backyard. The weather is getting nicer outside and we can go out with just a sweatshirt which is so nice! We also went to Bailey Beach with Michael and her kids. It was a quick trip but nice to be at the beach and collect shells. Bergen found some crabs as she always does! She is my nature girl.
Charley started softball and Bergen start soccer. They are both really good players and it's fun to watch them. I am coaching Bergen's soccer this season and she has a cute team! It's very different from Charley's all girls soccer team that Spencer and I coached. Kindergarten is still co-ed and the boys on her team are really obnoxious and so much different than the girls. There is a boy that just loves kicking and pushing the other kids on the team. He doesn't care about the ball at all! :) We told Bergen that she could have a pack of gum if she scored a goal. She scored 4 goals and asked for payment of her FOUR packs of gum! haha after that we said one piece of gum for every goal.
