This fall we have a few new changes in our house! Spencer started a new job called Snowflake and Charley started Kindergarten. Bergen and Lenny get to stay home with Mom :) Spencer is really excited about his new job position. It's in the heart of the city which means a longer commute but he is excited to dive deep into a new company and rock it! Snowflake is still a software sales career which is what he does best. Charley started Kindergarten at PS-9 this year. Her teacher is Mrs. Babbit and she is really excited! Mrs. Babbit seems like a good fit even though I am not too sure about 30 kids with no aid in the classroom. Hopefully it will be a good year for her. A few days before we went school shopping and Charley picked out a few new outfits. The night before we had Father's Blessings and talked about our school theme we wanted to have. This year it is "I will be a Leader". We talked about what it means to be a leader and how the girls can lead by example in their new surroundings. Then the next morning before they were off to school I made pancakes in the shape of a K for Kindergarten. Bergen is so excited to be the oldest in the house all day and it's nice to have some one-on-one time with her. She is such a sweet and cute girl. She has got a lot of personality in that little body.
