September with my girls

9.12.2018

This is a catch up post to our happenings in September! I took these photos for Lenny's 11 month photoshoot and wanted to get the girls in them as well. I love these ladies so much!! Other September happenings: playground fun, a date with Bergen and Charley to get our nails done, Lenny is walking at the playground when she can push things around!, Lenny's first time on the back of the bike (She didn't like the helmet at first but once we started going was fine), and some sewing fun! One day both the girls had croup and so we stayed home and did a sewing project. I had some fabric and we looked on pinterest to see what they wanted to sew. Bergen chose a pillow and Charley chose a pencil holder. They both turned out so good! It was fun to make them and they both got some time on the sewing machine!
Baths in the kitchen sink are the best! Keeping these babies little as long as possible! :) I also wanted to include some pictures of the busy bags I made for Bergen. I found a few ideas online and recreated them so Bergen had some things to do during the day. She loves them and plays with them a lot! I also surprised Spencer at his office for our anniversary. I went to Levain Bakery and got some yummy cookies for the office and dropped them off. Bergen also got to ride the carousel at Bryant Park. She chose the frog and her face says it all! She was in heaven. We were able to watch our friends little boy one day as well. She was still in the hospital and little Hinckley was being watched by some good friends in the ward so I offered to take him one night so they could get some rest. He is a sweet little boy and the girls loved holding him and helping with his bottle. I had to keep an eye out because Lenny liked to smother him.
