Utah: part 2

4.22.2017

After we stayed with Spencer's parents, we went to his hotel in Salt Lake City and stayed there for a few days. We stayed at the Little America which is super nice. They had a great breakfast in the mornings and really big rooms! We were also able to play with Danielle a lot which the girls loved! Charley still asks to play with Dani:) We went rock climbing which was a lot of fun. Both Charley and Bergen were really into it and climbed like champs. It was awesome to see them climb so well and for so long. Charley climbed for about an hour and was loving it! One day we took a road trip to some Lava Hot Springs in southern Utah. They were way cool! Family owned by this awesome hippie. The hot springs were flowing through different pools and actual tubs. They were a good temperature for the girls and not too hot which was nice. We made it a day trip and explored the hot springs and just swam for a few hours.
A few mornings we were there, I drove up to whole foods to get a HUGE acai bowl smoothie. It was so good and yummy! We also met up with my good friend, Desi at the bouncy house to let the kids bounce around. It was so good to catch up with her and her cute kids. I also met up with my friends Jessica and Sarah Blackwell and her kids at Pioneer Park. We let the kids run around for a big while we were able to catch up. I loved meeting up with so many friends!
One of the last days we were there, we went to Temple Square and met up with my friend Lorie. It was so fun to see her and her cute boys. She is the most patient mama ever! I loved showing the girls Temple Square and walking around the grounds. We crossed the street and went into a children's section at the history museum which was really cool. I had never been in that part before. The next day we met up with Lorie again and saw her beautiful house she designed and then we went over to the playground for a bit. Afterward we drove up to Provo to get some ice cream from the creamery before we headed to the airport to catch our flight. It was such a great trip being able to see so many people and do so much.
