7 months!

 Charley girl is 7 months! Since I didn't get to do my 6 month photo shoot like I wanted, I decided to wait another month and do 7 months. I am glad I did because she decided overnight a few weeks ago she likes sitting up by herself so it was much easier to plop her down with a few toys and take some pictures. The lighting wasn't cooperating very well, but she's still cute right?

 We love her more than we thought we could! She is such a blessing in our lives and makes us so happy! She is the easiest, most content baby. She could probably lay on the floor and play with her toys all day if we let her. I sometimes have to guess when she is done with her naps because when she wakes up she will just play and talk to herself until I come get her. She is so quiet in there that I'm never quite sure when she is awake and I sometimes have to go peek in to see. Yesterday I did a little peek and she was awake and just laying there looking at the ceiling! When she saw my face she got the biggest smile and starting laughing and waving her arms! It was the cutest!

 Some things Charley likes is going on walks in her baby bjornn. She loves facing out and seeing things/people/cars/buildings. She is a very curious girl. She is also a social butterfly and smiles at strangers, lets anyone hold her and likes to coo, growl, and gawk at people on the subway. Charley loves anything that makes noise and surprisingly loves when I vacuum around her on the floor. She LOVES to eat anything and everything! She will try anything I put on her high-chair tray. Favorites are sweet potatoes, pretzels, string cheese and black beans. She's not so much a fan of broccoli but will still pick it up if it's the last thing on her tray.

 Charley just dropped a nap, so is now taking 2 naps at 10am and 2pm. She will usually sleep for about 2 hours. We put her down at 7pm and she wakes up at 8am! She is an awesome sleeper! Since we started solids more consistently, she is nursing 4 times a day and eating solids for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She loves her bottle, sippy cup and drinking from my water-bottle. 

 Charley loves making clicking noises with her mouth, singing real loud (our neighbors tell us all the time they can hear her singing!), and looking at herself in the mirror. She loves sitting on Spencer's lap when he works and chews on his phone cords. She loves reading books and taking baths. She loves sucking her toes and will usually suck her thumb when she is tired and wants to go to bed. She hasn't had her binkie this month so I think it's safe to say she is weaned off that. 

Charley is really good at falling asleep in her stroller when we are out and about and really likes going on runs with me in the morning.
